New Customers

To create an account, click on « My Account » at the top right of the website. In the « Make your own account » rubric, indicate your email address and follow the instructions in order to fill in the form with your information (address, telephone number, password…) Once you have made your account, you will just have to identify with your email address and the password you have registered before. After this, you will be able to have access to your personal information, and order.
If you find that your email address or password is not recognized, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us. If you cannot remember your password, you have two possibilities:
You can check the registration confirmation email, and then recover your password.
You can reinitialize your password by clicking on « forgotten your password » box on the sign-it page.
We will send you a new password. Follow the instructions, you will be able to choose a new password (5 characters minimum).
You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to « My Account » at the top right of the website. Enter your login (your email address and your password) to get access to your information. In the rubric « my own information and preferences » you will be able to modify your personal information. We are inviting you to check whether any change has been validated before you submit an order.

Ordering

When you have found a product that you would like to buy, select the right size and the color you want and then click on « Add to my shopping bag ». From that moment, your product was registered in your shopping bag. You can add a product directly from the category pages, but if you want to access to all these information, feel free to click on the page of the product.
If the product you have chosen is available in many colors and sizes, first of all choose the color you want. Then, you will find out the sizes that are available in that color. If one color is not available, it will be crossed and you won’t be able to click on it. If the product you have chosen is available in one color or one size, you can select it and add it to your shopping bag. If it is not available, « Stock shortage » will show up.
If the product you want to buy is no longer available, you can choose to receive an email when it is available again. To do so, click on « Not available. I want it! ». You will have to enter your email address if you are not logged onto your customer account.
Once you have added articles, you can check your shopping bag by clicking on it, at the top right of the screen. Thus you will have a look at your shopping list you want to order.
If you cannot validate your shopping bag, it may be because some articles you have chosen are no longer available. In that case, a red spot will appear on the product line (in your shopping bag) which will warn you that the product is not available. You will have to remove these products out of the shopping box to be able to validate your order.
First of all, you will receive an email in which you will be given the code of your voucher. You can find it if you go to your personal space « my account », and then « My vouchers ».
You voucher is highlighted in your shopping bag. If not, you can enter the code of your voucher when clicking on « VOUCHER CODE », and click on ADD. The total amount of the shopping bag will automatically recalculate.
After having validated your order and you have chosen or created an address, you will have to choose the mode of delivery. If you choose to be delivered at a pickup point, a list of pickup points close to your home will appear. You will simply have to click on « Choose ». Once you have chosen your pickup point, the word « selected » will appear.
  1. Two means of immediate payment: with a credit card or your Paypal account. With your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, national CB): enter the number of your credit card, its expiry date and the 3 numbers of its security code, at the back of your card. You will be automatically redirected to the secure page of your bank. You will have to enter an authentication code, as part as the security system Secure 34 stipulates. Once this code is validated, you will be redirected onto the Mimoza Hijab website, and you will receive the validation of your payment with the number of your order.
  2. With Paypal: when you validate your shopping bag, you can choose the Paypal payment. You will be redirected onto the Paypal website. You will have to identify before you pay. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will be allowed to create one for free. Once your payment validated, you will be redirected onto the Mimoza Hijab website, which will confirm that your order has been done.
  3. For people who cannot pay with these two means of payment, it is possible for you to pay with a cheque or bank transfer. Our bank or postal information will appear after you have made your choice.
When you pay with your bank card, the payment is totally safe thanks to the 3D Secure security system. At no time your bank information will circulate on the internet since they are encrypted, therefore they remain unreadable and encoded. When you enter your bank information on the internet or on the phone, they are processed straight up by the bank. Mimoza Hijab never has them in possession.
This authentication check is a further check when you purchase online in order to allow you bank to identify and validate the transaction. This system’s aim is to reduce the risks of fraudulent use of your bank card. Indeed, if you lose your card or if it is stolen, your bank card could not be used without your knowledge. You can receive your 3D Secure authentication code differently according to the banks. The one-time use code is usually sent by a text message, an email or via an electronic box you will be given by your bank. We invite you to get more information from your bank.
You must enter your authentication code quickly after you receive it. Otherwise, a message will warn you that you have missed the deadline. You have to ask for another one-time use code.
According to the way you receive your authentication code (text message, email…), it may occur that your bank does not have your telephone number or your email address. You have to contact your bank in order to check they have all your information.
You can contact your bank and give them the necessary information. Or you can pay with the Paypal system, a cheque or a bank transfer.

Delivery

Mimoza Hijab delivers worldwide. To choose your country of delivery, you just need to select your country in the tool bar. If your country does not appear in this list, please contact us by email at [email protected] . We will add your country. If your delivery country is in the DOM-TOM (French overseas departments), do not select « France » but your place of residence (Guadeloupe, for instance)
Mimoza Hijab proposes many different means of delivery. You simply have to choose the one you like best according to the delivery time and the insurance. The Colissimo means of delivery will be faster but a bit more expensive than delivery in a pickup point.
  1. Colissimo Suivi (Tracked Colissimo): delivery by the Post Office at the address you want. No need to sign. Your parcel will be put into the letter box if it fits in.
  2. Colissimo Suivi Contre signature [Tracked Colissimo requiring signature] : delivery by the Post Office at the address you want. You will be given the parcel only if you sign up, and if you show your identity card.
  3. Pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay or So Colissimo or Mon Commerçant); thousands of pickup points in France, Spain, Belgium or Luxembourg, at local retailers’, with opening hours adapted to your needs.
Mimoza Hijab does everything possible to deliver your order as fast as possible. The orders are sent the working day after. If you order on Friday, we will send your parcel on the next Monday or Tuesday, according to the means of delivery you chose.

The delivery rates depend on the weight of the parcel, the choice of the courier and the destination country. For purchase of at least 89€, Mimoza Hijab offers you the order at a pickup point.
All our parcels have a tracking number.

For a Colissimo delivery, you can track your parcel on www.colissimo.fr with your tracking number. You will be sent this number via e-mail when your parcel is expedited. You can also find this number on your personal space, in the Mimoza Hijab website. Click on « My Account » then « My orders ».

For a Mondial Relay delivery, you can track your parcel on www.mondialrelay.fr, with your tracking number. You will be sent this number when your parcel is expedited. You can also find this number on your personal space, in the Mimoza Hijab website. Click on « My Account » then « My orders »
If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, the postman will leave in your letterbox a delivery notice. You can pick up your parcel at the Post Office within 15 days. If you have chosen a Colissimo that not requires signature, and if the parcel fits in the letterbox, the postman may leave it in your letterbox.

Return Policy

Yes, you can change and return all the articles that do not suit you, at the condition they have not been worn or damaged and that they are sent in their original packaging.
You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt of your order (date as per postmark) if you are not satisfied with your order.
Yes, the return fees will be at your cost.
Even if you do not live in France and overseas you can return the articles you want to change, or to be refunded. You must send the parcel within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order and respect the conditions of return. The return fees are at your cost.
To return your parcel, follow the following steps: Write a letter in which you give the reference and the reason of the return. Pack carefully the article(s) you return. Send your parcel to the following address:

All the articles must be sent back in their original packaging and in their original purchase conditions (they must be new, never worn, neither retouched nor damaged). Mimoza Hijab reserves the right to refuse any return or change if the articles do not respect these previous conditions.
If you receive, by mistake, an article you did not order, you must warn our customer service by sending them an email. One of our advisors will contact you as soon as possible.
When you open your parcel, if you find out that an article is damaged, you will have to contact our customer service with a mail or an email, and join the photo of the article. After having studied your request, we will send you a return label by email you will use to send us back your article. Once we receive your article, we will study your request. If the article can be fixed, we will fix it, otherwise we will give you a new one. No refund will be made.
You can contact our customer service through our website, or on the phone : 09.83.85.67.90 (not surcharged call). One of our advisors will take into account your change request.
Mimoza Hijab reserves the right to refuse any return or change if the articles do not respect the return conditions (they must be new, never worn, neither retouched nor damage, in their original packaging and in their original purchase conditions. We invite you to take care of the articles and their packaging, as well as pack them up carefully before you send them (box, padded envelope).
